ProtoGrants privacy notice
This notice explains the different information boundaries for this public website, the demonstration environment and a customer-installed ProtoGrants solution. Last updated August 4, 2026.
Public website
The marketing site is a static information surface.
ProtoGrants.ca does not provide account registration or store grant applications. If you choose an email link, the information you send is processed through Two Rivers Digital's Microsoft 365 environment and used to respond to your request.
Server and security logs may be generated by Microsoft Azure to operate and protect the website. Two Rivers Digital does not sell personal information.
Demonstration environment
Use fictional or deidentified information only.
The public ProtoGrants demonstration portal can create demonstration records in a Two Rivers Digital Dataverse environment. It is not an active government grant program and must not be used for real applications, identity documents, banking details or other sensitive information.
Demonstration records may be reviewed by authorized Two Rivers Digital personnel and deleted during environment maintenance or at the end of the demonstration period.
Customer deployments
Installed solution data remains in the customer's Power Platform environment.
The Microsoft Marketplace package installs ProtoGrants into the customer-selected Microsoft Dataverse environment. The customer controls its users, security roles, retention, data residency configuration and lawful basis for processing. Two Rivers Digital does not receive access to customer records through the package.
If a customer separately requests implementation or support access, the applicable agreement and customer instructions govern that access.
Contact and rights
Questions can be directed to Two Rivers Digital.
To ask about this notice or request access, correction or deletion of information held directly by Two Rivers Digital, email ivan@tworiversdigital.ca. A customer organization remains responsible for requests about records in its own installed environment.
