Terms

ProtoGrants terms of use

These terms apply to the public website, demonstration environment and evaluation of the ProtoGrants Microsoft Marketplace package. Last updated August 4, 2026.

01

Website and demonstration

The public surfaces are for information and evaluation.

ProtoGrants marketing material and demonstration data do not operate a government program, make eligibility decisions or create an entitlement to funding. Do not submit real personal, financial, identity or confidential information to a demonstration form.

02

Marketplace package

The package is licensed for lawful internal business use.

Subject to applicable Microsoft Marketplace terms, Two Rivers Digital grants the acquiring organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the ProtoGrants solution in its authorized Microsoft Power Platform environments. The organization may configure the solution for its own programs but may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute the package except where applicable law expressly permits.

03

Customer responsibility

The acquiring organization remains accountable for its program.

The organization is responsible for licensing, environment administration, security roles, privacy notices, accessibility validation, records management, legal compliance and all human decisions made using the solution. Demonstration scoring is illustrative and must not be treated as an automated eligibility or award decision.

04

Warranty and support

Production commitments require a separate agreement.

The website, demonstration and evaluation package are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Two Rivers Digital disclaims implied warranties for evaluation use and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Implementation services, production support, service levels and warranties apply only when stated in a separate signed agreement.
